Tracking Your Order
Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and courier link. You can track your parcel via the link.
If your tracking details don’t update after 48 hours, please contact us at info@rocketsciencesports.co.za with your order number.
Delivery Conditions
- Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
- Please provide a physical address and valid phone number (no P.O. Boxes).
- If the courier is unable to deliver after two attempts, your order may be returned to us. Re-delivery costs will apply.
- Once your order is delivered and signed for at the provided address, RSS is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage thereafter.
Pre-Orders & Backorders
Some items may be available for pre-order or temporarily out of stock.
- Pre-order items will ship as soon as stock becomes available.
- Estimated delivery dates are displayed on the product page or confirmation email.
- Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may be held until all items are available unless you request split shipping (additional fees may apply).
International Duties & Taxes
For orders shipped outside South Africa:
- Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in your order total.
- These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer.
Please check with your country’s import regulations before ordering to avoid unexpected fees.
Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your order:
- You must contact us within 12 hours of placing it.
- Once the order is processed or shipped, we can no longer make changes or cancellations.
Email info@rocketsciencesports.co.za immediately with your order number and change request.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe:
- Check your tracking link for updates.
- Contact the courier directly.
- If still unresolved, email info@rocketsciencesports.co.za with your order number.
We’ll liaise with the courier to investigate.
For damaged parcels, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and product.
Click & Collect (If applicable)
If you choose Click & Collect at checkout:
- You’ll receive a “Ready for Collection” email when your order is available.
- Bring your order confirmation and valid ID for collection.
- Orders not collected within 14 days may be cancelled and refunded (minus handling fees).

Collection Hours: Monday - Friday from 8am till 5pm (excluding weekends)
Undeliverable Orders
If your parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, or non-collection:
- We’ll contact you to arrange re-delivery (shipping costs will apply).
- If no response is received within 7 business days, the order will be cancelled and refunded (excluding shipping costs).
Updates to This Policy
Rocket Science Sports South Africa reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting to our website.
