How to measure: Measure height standing flat-footed against a wall. Weigh yourself in the morning for the most accurate reading. Between sizes? Go down for a tighter, faster fit.

Rinse in fresh water after every use. Hang dry away from direct sunlight. Hand wash with mild detergent — never use bleach, fabric softener, or harsh chemicals.

Do not iron, tumble dry, or dry clean. The hydrodynamic coating is delicate — avoid contact with rough surfaces, jewellery, or anything that could snag the material.

Store flat or hanging in a cool dry place.
